We are currently experiencing technical issues affecting eligibility and medication history transactions due to possible database connectivity problems.
Eligibility transactions may be delayed or unavailable
Medication history requests may be delayed or unavailable
Service interruptions are ongoing while we work to resolve the issue
Current Status: Our technical team is actively working to resolve the technical issues and restore full service functionality.
