We are currently investigating an issue affecting the live messaging/chat feature within the iPrescribe Help Center. The issue has been traced to a third-party service provider, and we are actively engaged with them to restore functionality.

Support ticket submission is not impacted — users can continue to submit support requests as normal, and our team will respond as quickly as possible.
