Important: Network Infrastructure Update - Canada MedHx Environments - Action Required - QA Oct 27, 2025 22:00-23:00 EDT

Dear Customer:

We have scheduled an upcoming network infrastructure improvement for our Canada MedHx environments (QA, Staging, and Production) that requires your attention and action. Changes will be applied on QA on October 27th, Staging on November 6th and Production on November 13th

What's Changing:
- We are migrating our outbound network traffic from local routing to a centralized firewall and egress gateway architecture.
- This enhancement is part of our ongoing commitment to strengthen security and improve service reliability.

Benefits of This Change:
- Enhanced security controls for all outbound traffic
- Improved traffic management and monitoring capabilities
- Simplified IP allow-list management for all integrations
- Reduced operational costs that support continued service improvements

Action Required - IP Allowlist Updates:
If your systems maintain IP allowlists (whitelists) for MedHx connections, you must add the following new NAT IPs to your allowlists:

New NAT IPs to Add:
-Non-Production Environments: (QA/Staging): 3.98.5.106, 3.97.116.88
-Production Environments: 15.156.142.114, 52.60.117.135

Migration Timeline:
-Migration execution
Pre-migration: Please add the new IPs to your allow-lists before the migration date
Post-migration + 2 weeks: Old IPs can be safely removed after confirming stable operations
Current IPs (Will be deprecated):
The existing IPs shown in your current configurations will continue to function during the transition period but will be decommissioned two weeks post-migration.
Current IP for QA are 35.183.149.114, 52.60.144.166
Current IP for staging are 15.156.30.182, 15.156.190.81
Current IP for production are 15.223.97.152, 15.223.109.180

No Service Interruption Expected:
-This migration has been designed to ensure zero downtime. By adding the new IPs before the migration date, you will experience seamless service continuity.

Next Steps:
-Add the new NAT IPs to your allowlists as soon as possible
-Confirm completion of this action by replying to this email
-Monitor your connections post-migration
-Remove old IPs two weeks after migration (we will send a reminder)

Technical Support:
-Our team is available to assist with any questions or concerns.
